The AAEON UP 4000 is a compact, credit-card-sized single-board computer powered by the Intel® Pentium® N4200 processor, featuring 8 GB of onboard LPDDR4 memory and 64 GB eMMC storage. Designed for industrial, automation, IoT, robotics, and embedded applications, it offers enhanced performance over its predecessor, the UP Board. The board supports dual displays up to 4K at 60 Hz via HDMI 1.4b and DisplayPort 1.4a through USB Type-C. It includes three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 headers, a USB Type-C port, a 40-pin GPIO header, a 6-pin audio header (line-out and mic-in), and a Gigabit Ethernet port. The UP 4000 also features TPM 2.0 for hardware security and supports expansion through M.2 slots (E-Key, M-Key, B-Key) via compatible carrier boards. With an operating temperature range of 0–60 °C and a typical power consumption of 15W, it is suitable for various industrial environments. The board is compatible with multiple operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows IoT Core, Ubuntu, and Yocto.
