The STM32F405xx and STM32F407xx families are powered by the high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit RISC core, which runs at speeds up to 168 MHz. This core includes a single-precision Floating Point Unit (FPU), supporting all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also integrates a complete set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security.These devices come equipped with three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, twelve 16-bit general-purpose timers (including two PWM timers for motor control), and two 32-bit general-purpose timers. Additionally, they feature a true random number generator (RNG) and a variety of standard and advanced communication interfaces.
