The STM32F070CB/RB/C6/F6 series microcontrollers feature a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 core running at up to 48 MHz. They integrate high-speed embedded memory (up to 128 KB of Flash and 16 KB of SRAM) along with a rich set of peripherals and I/Os. These MCUs support a variety of standard communication interfaces, including up to 2 I²C, 2 SPI, and 4 USART ports, as well as a USB Full-Speed device interface. Additional features include a 12-bit ADC, seven general-purpose 16-bit timers, and one advanced-control PWM timer.Operating within a -40°C to +85°C temperature range and powered by a 2.4V to 3.6V supply, the STM32F070CB/RB/C6/F6 series is optimized for low-power applications through various power-saving modes.
