The STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx connectivity line microcontrollers feature a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core running at 72 MHz. They include high-speed embedded memory, with up to 256 KB of Flash and 64 KB of SRAM, alongside a wide array of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected via two APB buses.These devices offer two 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers plus a PWM timer, and a comprehensive set of communication interfaces: up to two I²C ports, three SPI ports, two I²S ports, five USARTs, USB OTG Full-Speed, and two CAN controllers. Ethernet connectivity is supported exclusively on the STM32F107xx series.
